We are a warm, welcoming and dynamic private group practice nestled in the center of Denton, Texas. We equip our team members to provide the highest quality service from the moment of first contact with a client. We have high expectations of every member of our team; at the same time, we provide a work environment that is highly collaborative, fun, and Christ filled. Our team is constantly innovating to better serve our clients and lead our center to new levels of excellence. We have a range of specialties within our clinicians and attempt to staff a diverse and unique group of counselors who between them can meet the needs of every potential client that reaches out to us. As a company we are consistently exploring new ways to have a healing impact.

In our work we attempt to empower our clients with the resources they need to live their best life, on their terms. We aim to leave a lasting impact on not only our community but the world. Our hope is that the work we have the privilege of doing with clients impacts their body, mind, and soul for years and their families for generations.

Looking for practicum/internship placement?
Steady Heart Counseling Center has been an approved practicum site for several universities, and we are thankful for the opportunity to invest in the next generation of counselors. During your practicum at Steady Heart, you will have the opportunity to see multiple facets of a counseling center. Your time will include some administrative experience, role-play, co-therapy, exposure to different modalities of counseling and supervision.
